Buying Advice

Does a crease or loose shrink wrap prove a Pokémon box is fake?

Packaging damage or a single visual feature does not establish authenticity. Check the exact product and document concerns before opening; contact the retailer for assessment.

Checks before opening

Check that the delivered product, edition and language match the order. Photograph the shipping carton, labels, seals and any damage. Keep packaging while a problem is being investigated; do not publish your address or order details.

Avoid one-test authenticity claims

Packaging differs between products and editions. A missing logo, loose wrap or unusual seam should be considered in context, not treated as a conclusive test. A low number of desirable cards in random boosters does not by itself prove resealing.

When something looks wrong

If an item is wrong, damaged or appears tampered with, contact support with the order number and photographs before opening further. Describe the issue objectively. Our support team can explain the applicable next steps; do not assume a replacement or refund has already been approved.
