Buying Advice

Does in stock mean my Pokémon order has already been dispatched?

No. Availability, order processing and courier transit are different stages. Check any product-specific pre-order or dispatch notice and the current delivery policy before ordering.

Pre-order, release date and dispatch

A pre-order is for an item expected later. A release date is not a promise that a parcel will arrive that day. Check the stated edition, expected dispatch information and any updates before placing a time-sensitive order.

Processing time versus delivery time

Processing happens before dispatch; courier transit starts after dispatch. Working-day estimates should not be treated as a guaranteed calendar-day arrival. For a birthday or other deadline, contact support before ordering rather than assuming a date.

Track without creating an account

Use your order number and checkout email at Track your order, then verify the emailed code. An optional customer account can display earlier orders using the same verified email. A payment confirmation is not a dispatch confirmation.

No tracking update or incorrect address

A courier label may exist before the first acceptance scan. Contact support if the stated estimate has passed or your address needs correction. Address changes depend on the order stage; do not assume a dispatched parcel can be redirected.
