What do I get in the standard box?

Alongside the nine packs and Nidorina promo, the standard product lists 65 sleeves, 16 foil Basic Energy cards, a player’s guide, a collector’s box and play accessories. It is a pack-and-accessory product, not a preconstructed playable deck.

Why does another ETB listing show eleven packs or two promos?
